Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TeamPulse Report platform ("TeamPulse," "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TeamPulse, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TeamPulse is a software-as-a-service platform that syncs with project management and development tools (including Jira and GitLab) to provide customizable dashboards, analytics, and reporting for engineering teams.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • Keep your password and API keys secure.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
  • Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, systems, or networks.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data beyond what the API permits.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, documentation, and branding, is owned by TeamPulse Report and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you sync into the platform. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided on a best-effort basis. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance when possible. Enterprise customers may negotiate a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA).

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeamPulse Report shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through a notice on the platform at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TeamPulse Report operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
