We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the TeamPulse platform.
  • Authenticate users and manage sessions.
  • Generate analytics, dashboards, and reports you request.
  • Improve the product and develop new features.

3. Data Storage and Security

All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use a multi-tenant architecture with complete data isolation between tenants. Credentials (Jira API tokens, GitLab tokens) are stored encrypted and are never exposed through the user interface or API responses.

4. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services for hosting, authentication, and infrastructure. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and only process it as necessary to provide their services to us. We do not sell your data to third parties.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. When you delete your account, all associated data -- including synced Jira and GitLab data, dashboards, and preferences -- is permanently deleted within 30 days.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data stored on the platform.
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete information in your account.
  • Delete your account and all associated data.
  • Export your data in a machine-readable format (JSON).
